Heat and Damp Sealer

An optimised composition of select elastomeric and resilient acrylic polymers with reinforced polyester micro fibres, Roof Protek establishes a strong bonding with the substrate, which upon curing forms a tough, seamless, durable film which is highly flexible and bridges cracks of up to 2mm, preventing water seepage, carbonation and fungal attacks.

It is a 2 in 1 formulation with superior hydro resist and heat reflective technology that forms a Waterproof barrier and also withstands extreme roof temperatures contributing to surface temperature reduction of upto 18 degree Celcius, thus keeping your rooms cooler all year round.
